Awesome phone the phone works fine and is like new phone.

Good service, fast response and delivery, however, the main issue pf the product is that the camera does not work properly and gives out blurry images. This led me to believe that the product was not inspected properly and not validated by BackMarket.

Very good, as described. I was a bit worried about charging the battery the 1st time, which took a very long time. In fact it was just the 1st time the battery was charged. After that, the fast charge function is really present on this model and it actually charges very quickly.

Phone delivered (with USB cable) in 3 days, perfectly packaged. I had chosen a "very good condition" model, but I don't see what would prevent it from being classified as "perfect condition" :-), so I'm very happy with this purchase and the reconditioner (French) NLR Would recommend!

I have been using the phone for a few weeks now and I am very happy with the terminal in terms of performance, it is very fluid with all everyday applications, multitasking great, I love the 120hz refresh rate and the quality of the screen, it is the first mobile I have with that feature and if I had to go backwards I would notice it a lot. As for the physical aspect, it shows some wear on the top and bottom parts, in the speaker housing, charging area, sim card holder and also in the black area where the screen is embedded, you can see small scratches all over that surface but only looking closely and under direct light, it is not something annoying since it is only aesthetic but I would consider it in good condition rather than very good, which was the one I chose. On the other hand accubathery gives me a battery health of 87% but it still performs quite well, it gets me to the end of the day with no problems and I even have some left over for the next day having to charge it just at noon. The only thing I have noticed although it is normal is that it gets hot in games a little demanding, I played Albion online and the mobile gets between 40 and 43 degrees C, I do not play very often but it is something to take into account if you are very gamer I imagine that with a fan the thing improves. Anyway even with everything I find a fairly complete mobile and I enjoy using it every day, before I had a redmi note 5 and the jump I made is abysmal, I would buy reconditioned without doubt.

No scratches, as per the model... But as for the battery, it's not in "good condition". I got this phone two or three weeks ago, and it's already discharging at a certain rate without leaving anything behind. The battery can do anything even when charging, a very telling indicator. It also heats up slightly, which is not normal. Unfortunately, I won't be buying from this seller. Reconditioning is Russian roulette, of course, but batteries are becoming a bad habit...
