The service was flawless (Change DPD though..they are crap nowadays) and the phone is awesome (in every way)

The phone reference was not the same as the one ordered (Mi 11 Lite 5G NE instead of Mi 11 Lite 5G) but in the end, the phone works perfectly at the moment and I'm delighted with my purchase. Very fast delivery via UPS.

The phone is positive in general and works well. The only drawback is the battery, which appears to be not entirely effective on average consumption. In practice with average daily use it consumes about 75% sometimes 80% power. Everything else is fine.

I bought my first refurbished mobile phone from this site and was delighted. The phone was as good as new. However, 3 months later it stopped working, without any notice, one day it turned off and I couldn't even turn it on to recover the data. I complained, the seller could not fix it or replace it so I got my money back. Every time during the claim the communication was correct and fast. That's why I decided to try again and buy a new mobile from your site. I hope I will be luckier this time.

Back Market perfect! nothing to say, clean, very good condition, neat! on the other hand, the UPS delivery service is really bad... I've already had several problems with UPS. delivery changed at a relay point without my consent when they haven't even been to my home!

I had my doubts about this application but in the end I'm pleasantly surprised, the phone is impeccable and works very well - I recommend it!
