delighted sincerely I hesitated to take it since a couple of months ago (approx) I bought a galaxy A70 and after 2 days I got the black screen. but in the end I opted to buy it and very happy the truth

I had a small issue with the product, so I opted to return it. Both the Back Market team and the supplier were responsive to my request. The return was quick and the refund is in process. Even though I didn't keep the phone the service was A1.

I bought the Xiaomi redmi note 12 pro plus, I give it the worst possible grade because the phone can not make or receive calls and mobile data does not work. On the other hand the phone is literally brand new and I bought it in the worst condition which was the good one. I will probably return the phone to get it fixed or get my money back.

The product was great, the problem was the delivery which took 3 weeks. They left it at the head office without delivering it, giving false warnings, etc. I don't think it's a good company to work with.

This equipment I came out super well , but I ordered a xr a month ago and so far I do not arrive , it says that I arrived , which is a lie , I did not receive a call as when I got this equipment , and there was always someone at home to receive it which never arrived and leaves that arrived , I expect a charge or some signature of verification of who received it in any case , and who is responsible for not having the security that reached the customer in this case me , because as I repeat Nadir called me and no one went home
