As this phone replaces a Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Pro (under warranty) which has just given up on me (after only 5 months of use!!), getting to grips with it was pretty easy. And for the moment, fortunately, everything's going well, no particular problems.

I was looking for a phone with enough memory and good photo quality, and I'm not disappointed. I was worried that I wouldn't be able to get used to Android again, but I soon got used to it. The product was received more quickly than advertised, and I'm very satisfied with my refurbished purchase from Backmarket. This is the 2nd time I've ordered refurbished from this site, and I'm very satisfied. I would recommend this item and this seller.

The phone arrived on time, you really need to know that it's a refurbished phone. I've had it for three weeks now and I'm very happy with it, it's no different to a Samsung I used to be a fan of, but I'll have to wait and see.
