Phone arrived in record time and delivered with a screen protector. Really great! The quality is there. For me, BM is the best way to buy refurbished products. I go there with my eyes closed!

I ordered a Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Pro 5G. I received a working phone in perfect condition two days later, but once the protective cover had arrived, I realised that it was incompatible because the phone I had received was a 4G... I requested an exchange but the seller was unable to replace it with a 5G, even though it was listed as available on the site. Obviously stock errors.

As this phone replaces a Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Pro (under warranty) which has just given up on me (after only 5 months of use!!), getting to grips with it was pretty easy. And for the moment, fortunately, everything's going well, no particular problems.

The phone arrived on time, you really need to know that it's a refurbished phone. I've had it for three weeks now and I'm very happy with it, it's no different to a Samsung I used to be a fan of, but I'll have to wait and see.

Order placed without too much difficulty thanks to the simplicity of the site, order registered and shipped very quickly. On receipt the parcel was perfectly packaged, box and smartphone intact. The only problem was that I received the wrong colour smartphone, but that wasn't a problem because my partner likes the new one a lot more! I really recommend the merchant (reconditioner) and also Backmarket for their platform!

I bought the redmi note and since the beginning some applications don't work properly and now it's even Google that has malfunctions, at the price I paid for the phone I'm very disappointed with my purchase I don't recommend reconditioned devices from back market.
