I waited several weeks of use to give my opinion to be sure'. I received my Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Pro phone 1 day early. It was very well packaged and therefore protected. Inside was the plug and cord for recharging, as well as a transparent shell. The phone is in excellent condition. I do not regret my choice to buy a refurbished. Having had a Xiaomi before I am not disappointed by this range. I highly recommend the site and the phone.

I ordered a Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Pro 5G. I received a working phone in perfect condition two days later, but once the protective cover had arrived, I realised that it was incompatible because the phone I had received was a 4G... I requested an exchange but the seller was unable to replace it with a 5G, even though it was listed as available on the site. Obviously stock errors.

As this phone replaces a Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Pro (under warranty) which has just given up on me (after only 5 months of use!!), getting to grips with it was pretty easy. And for the moment, fortunately, everything's going well, no particular problems.

I'd already had Samsung and I wanted to try something else, I was hesitating between the Xiaomi brand and Honor, and then the various Xiaomi reviews on the internet convinced me. I was looking for a phone with enough memory and good photo quality, and I'm not disappointed. I was worried that I wouldn't be able to get used to Android again, but I soon got used to it. The product was received more quickly than advertised, and I'm very satisfied with my refurbished purchase from Backmarket. This is the 2nd time I've ordered refurbished from this site, and I'm very satisfied. I would recommend this item and this seller.

The phone arrived on time, you really need to know that it's a refurbished phone. I've had it for three weeks now and I'm very happy with it, it's no different to a Samsung I used to be a fan of, but I'll have to wait and see.

Order placed without too much difficulty thanks to the simplicity of the site, order registered and shipped very quickly. On receipt the parcel was perfectly packaged, box and smartphone intact. The only problem was that I received the wrong colour smartphone, but that wasn't a problem because my partner likes the new one a lot more! I really recommend the merchant (reconditioner) and also Backmarket for their platform!
