I seem to have an underlying problem with a ‘Good condition’ phone which I will be contacting the company about. I couldn’t use my phone for calls or connect to mobile data. It flashed once- no SIM card. In settings it said to go all the way through set up again! I think no SIM card has flashed up a few times. Also charging occasionally seems delayed in connecting.
