A réception du colis, malheureusement le téléphone n'était pas accessible. Impossible de rentrer dedans. Le téléphone demandait un code PIN (autre que le 1er code pin que l'on rentre lorsque l'on allume téléphone). Code inconnu et introuvable. Inutilisable. J'ai été dans l'obligation de renvoyer le téléphone... Pas de "réparation" possible me dit-on, donc j'ai du choisir un autre appareil. Dommage pour une première expérience sur ce site, mais suite aux échanges avec mon entourage, qui commande beaucoup sur Backmarket, je serais apparemment une exception. Ca arrive ! En espérant que mon nouveau colis fonctionne lui !
