Arrived quickly and was indeed in excellent condition, annoyingly Sony dropped the as new price by at 300 quid the next week, but this was still a bargain. The phone was blank, as it were, and accepted my old SIM straight away. There were traces of two old Google and FB accounts still on the phone, but I just deleted them, something the phone insists on keeping maybe.

Very speedy delivery, very good communictaion and the phone (so far) is in exceent condition. A couple of very fine scratches on the screen but only noticable when i was scrutinising it as I cleaned it ready to apply a screen protector. They are not visible once the screen protector is in place.

The phone matched the description of "correct condition" and works well, however the phone was sold with burn-in in the screen, there is a clear lack of transparency about the true condition of the items sold.
