The phone is lovely, but on receiving it I found that the display was coming away from the body. I have pressed it back together a few times during its first day with us and by the second day it appears to be holding together OK . . . Also, the battery life appears to be rather short, although it is possible that it is just being being used excessively because it is so useable!

I've bought three phones through back market over the last year and I've been very happy with the service and quality of the devices, I'd happily recommend using back market again no problem at all delighted with the service and professional support the last phone I purchased was an immaculate Sony xz3 delighted thanks to phone Central and back market the phone is basically New, hadn't had any software updates ie hasn't been used since January 2020 if ever, id happily recommend phone Central to anybody

Phone is absolutely brilliant no problems at all-in-one and in all honesty would highly recommend as the phone is as good as when i bought mine 3 years ago brand new will be shopping with yourselves again for sure.

I was impressed with the condition of the phone and it was 'Mint' as described with not a scratch on it, along with everything being checked and it being reset it's as close as I could get to a new phone. Delivery was pretty quick too. Am getting to grips with some of the functions but it's a Sony phone which I prefer so this shouldn't take long. There was a charging cable with plug included also. Battery life is good with no charging problems and all buttons work properly. Thumbs up!
