If I take into account Back Market's monitoring, I would have given it a higher rating. Otherwise it would have been lower. The seller wasn't necessarily up to the job. There's nothing to say about the delivery. The delivery time was very quick. The phone was reported to be in decent condition, but we're not there yet. The screen is quite damaged (lots of scratches + a blow that caused a small impact). Then the device arrived packaged a bit 'lightly' and above all there wasn't even an adaptor to recharge the battery. So really the bare minimum. Finally, the phone had not been cleaned internally. Photos were still present on the 'presentation page', the device is configured for the UK (I won't go into details) etc.... This gives the impression that he sold it straight away without doing anything on it. At first I thought about sending it back, but after a couple of days thinking about it I finally decided to keep it. I hope I won't have any more problems and that it will last a few more days. Nevertheless, I'm perfectly aware that there are a number of risks involved in ordering from a distance without seeing the item. I accept these risks and I'm still relatively happy with my purchase. A small 'financial' gesture from the seller would have been welcome. Apparently this wasn't possible. Too bad. Nonetheless, Back Market did its job perfectly and I have no complaints on that score.

It's really an old model, admittedly not very expensive, but I've actually bought another phone!

Beaucoup de bugs, le plus gênant concerne le bouton "déverrouiller" qui se bloque fréquemment et l'écran reste noir. La batterie a peu d'autonomie et certaines applications déjà présentes sur le téléphone (notamment facebook et youtube) ne se connectent pas à internet, sont impossible à mettre à jour ou à désinstaller. Ces disfonctionnement m'amènent à songer à acheter un nouveau téléphone mais pas sur BackMarket, dommage, car la démarche écologique est louable.
