Sony Xperia L2

Phone condition was as described, however it was listed as being unlocked but it arrived locked to a network needing code. Just go round in circles and can't speak to anyone to resolve with Back market. So frustrating! Ended up paying £38 to another website getting it unlocked as it was a present for my son. Which nearly doubled the cost of the phone. Very disappointed and would put me off buying from them again.

I thought the phone was fantastic value & quality of the phone was virtually perfect however I am returning the phone purely as I no longer need a replacement phone . If required in the future I will have no hesitation in using your website again

Well, what can I say? The phone arrived quicker than a greased up ostrich on roller skates and as for the customer service.....it feels more at home than an undone top trouser button at Christmas. To say that the product was in excellent condition would be like saying Blackpool has a few light bulbs, it was in superlative condition! It couldn't have looked any newer if it had been birthed straight to my doorstep. Overall - 10 out of 5 stars!

Delivery was early (which was great!) product itself: I've always preferred Sony personally..... But they tend to have a slight glitch regarding the screen or loading sometimes, but I wish I had paid the extra for a perfect condition one which would have only been £20 (couldn't afford the extra at the time). But as for back market, they were great, honest and exceeded what I expected as a company!

Bought the phone for my grandsons birthday. He loves it. Service was great. I was kept up to date as to when my phone would be delivered. With se real messages. And guess what....it arrived on time no messing🙂

Phone arrived in excellent condition, as new as described. Very happy with the purchase. I would like to make one suggestion, how about including a screen protector as a freebie? There is a protector there for the packaging but one for everyday use would be a nice touch.
