Great phone

Quick delivery, 2 days. To look at the phone it's fine, it's not "mint" I can see a couple of very small minor scratches but I'll still take it. What's not good is the health of the battery. I'm aware the phone is 7 years old and battery quality obviously deteriorates over time, but even with the screen not being on for much of the day it's dead in under 24 hours which is poor. I've been using these models since their release in 2014 and they should last around 10-15 hours longer than this. This is of course part of the risk of buying a refurbished phone with a non-removable battery, from a site that uses a superficial condition grading system that only takes into account what the phone actually looks like, without factoring in the battery health or mentioning it separately. I'm neither ecstatic nor depressed.

I ordered Xperia z. Though it said its unlocked but the phone was orange operator locked. Very clean and nice set. Good for the price. But only if it had been usable. I had to return immediately. The online assistance was good and prompt. The return was very easy. And the refund was with in a week. Overall good experience, would have been excellent if only the mobile was unlocked and usable.

Phone arrived this morning. When I tried to turn it on (by pressing the on/off button) nothing was happening. I thought maybe there’s no battery. I plugged in the phone to charge. The notification light (top left corner) was in blue and so I thought it was charging. After close to two hours I tried to turn on the phone again. Regrettably, nothing. I was essentially charged for a broken phone. Really disappointing. I’m printing out the return label today and expect a full refund in due course.
