Good condition, exactly the type of device I was looking for, nothing to complain about. However, I was very disappointed with the delivery. When I looked at the tracking of the parcel I noticed that it had travelled by plane between Paris and Lyon. I find this absurd for such a short distance. What I find most shocking is that one of the arguments for buying a reconditioned device is the ecological aspect. You don't decide to buy a second-hand aircraft just so that it can fly such a short distance. I'm convinced that if it had travelled that part of the way by truck or train, delivery might have taken an extra day, but it would still have been very quick.

Hello, I'm a regular visitor to this site and I've never been disappointed by my purchases. Once again, I've just bought an Xperia xz2 compact and I'm very happy with it. Unfortunately I've discovered that the rules have changed. I would have preferred to choose at least one in France rather than one in Estonia 2400 kilometres away. Too bad for the carbon footprint.

I took back the model I already had but I can't work out whether the battery is really optimal? As for the rest, the service was fast and the phone looks as good as the one I bought. However, I am still surprised at the high price of this refurbished old model.

Not satisfactory. Device is extremely slow after a very short time and barely responds. Furthermore, a kind of screen timeout seems to occur every few seconds, which makes it extremely difficult to enter text in various apps (Mail, Insta, Whatsapp, etc.). Considering complaining about it.

The screen has a lot of scratches, but nothing really annoying; the touchscreen is sometimes unresponsive, which means that you sometimes have to lock and then unlock it using the analogue button; the microphone is faulty, which means that you have to make calls using the speakerphone or a hands-free kit, but this seems to be a common problem with this model; apart from that, the product is as advertised, I'm very satisfied and I received it very quickly!
