Sony Xperia XZ2 64GB - Black - Unlocked

Phone is in perfect condition and works fine except that SIM is locked to some unknown network contrary to what's advertised on your website.This is being really frustrating and annoyng as repair options are not fisible with the pace of life. Backmarket should have a fisical shop where unhappy costumers could just walk in and get sorted out with repairs, refunds or exchanges!

This was my first purchase of refurbished tech and to say I am impressed is an understatement. The phone did not have a mark anywhere that I could see. I've been using for a couple of weeks and it's working just like a brand new ZX2 but at less than a quarter of the price. I cannot praise Backmarket and their refurbished tech suppliers enough.

I choose Fair condition and the phone arrived in that condition, scratches almost all over the place but not on the display thought. I've got what i paid for, I'm happy.

products are apperantly tested before sale ,,, well not true my ear wolume rattles and sound shocking so now my music sounds shite and incoming call sound distorted wont be using your service again was not going to leave any coment and chalk up to experiance ,,however as you keep e mailing me maybee this will put end to that

The phone is superb, very good condition with no marks. The colour is very nice. The item is exactly what I expected.
