First time ordering refurbished tech, so was a bit wary. Luckily all went well, order was processed correctly and delivered as promised. Product wise so far so good, it's the model I wanted and there wasn't a chance could get it had it not been for Backmarket. I'm impressed with the product quality and condition hopefully will last me more than one year, but for the next 12 months the warranty will give me peace of mind. Will consider Backmarmet first for any similar purchase in the future.
