Great concept but unreliable phones. However, there's nothing to say about customer service, which is always very responsive. I made two purchases via backmarket, "as new" and the breakdowns happened very quickly: - The first broke down after a few months (network card). I found an emergency solution and gave up the idea of sending it back. - The second broke down after a fortnight (screen no longer showing anything). Sent back and repaired by backmarket. It broke down again 1 year and 4 days after the date of purchase (not receipt 😉 ) of the phone. It's no longer under warranty, although in reality I didn't have the phone in my hand for 1 full year. I'm offered 3 derisory options: take the phone back ( €5 🤣 ), 5% off for a new purchase or 10% off at a repair shop. After seeing the repairer indicated by backmarket the phone is "dead from death", a priori there would have been a short circuit that fried the motherboard. So I'm going to buy myself a new phone that I can use for many years to come, just like my previous ones. It'll be cheaper and less stressful than taking the risk of having to buy a refurbished one every year 😅. So much for the "values" of the refurbished ma...

I don't order online so I don't have any social interaction and you deliver with DHL who won't/can't leave parcels in the letterbox. I can't take time off work to receive a parcel. It would be good to review this system I ordered this Sony because the Microsoft I ordered 15 days ago doesn't work. And you didn't want to take it back when you bought the new one..... we take back your phone but not even the ones we sell. A means of exchange would still be a plus. Thank you

Hello, as you can see I bought a Sony xperia and since the beginning of this reception I can not use the headphone jack, only by Bluetooth! What's more, I have a big problem with the battery, which can't hold a charge for less than an hour on the internet or YouTube... Would you have a solution to my problem? If so, which one? Thank you for considering my request, Sincerely Mr Guillaume Frank.

The phone is a locked phone that cannot be unlocked, can you give me the code to unlock it or return it to you?

That’s around the weight of a baseball.
