In itself, I think the idea and selection of Backmarket is great. Unfortunately, the Sony smartphone has a very annoying error after only three weeks of use without external force: it restarts permanently. Without context, sometimes for 4 hours at a time, then for days up to a week it works perfectly again, then it restarts two or three times in a row, then it hangs up again for hours, which is very inconvenient when I'm on the road and actually need it for navigation, for example. The system shows that the SIM card has been reinserted, but this is not the case. I don't even have to touch the phone for this quirk to occur. Since I also need the phone for work on a project basis and it is never a relaxing pleasure to set up a new device, I am very frustrated. Two mobile phone clinics, which listened to my descriptions but did not process the device due to the warranty, but were able to witness the restart tick first-hand on site, suspect a defective SIM card reader. I would like to send the device back under warranty and please get my purchase price back! Since, as I said, I have to be mobile for work, this is only possible after selecting and sending a new device. Please contact me via the e-mail address I provided and confirm a warranty claim. Es ist ein gutes Gefühl etwas zu kaufen, dass einen Beitrag zur Ökologie leistet. 36 Monate Garantie sind beruhigend und ich bin mit der Qualität meines Sony Xperia absolut zufrieden. Es ist wie neu. Kundenservice und Kommunikation ist sehr professionell gestaltet... denn es funktioniert :) Als ich bei meiner ersten Bestellung ein Smartphone wegen 'Nicht Gefallen' Retoure schickte, wurde der Betrag versehentlich nicht zurück gebucht. Nach meiner Anfrage per email, wurde mir innerhalb eines Tages geantwortet und der Betrag innerhalb von 3 Tagen überwiesen. Es ist eben nicht die Perfektion aller Details, sondern wie wird mit Fehlern oder Problemen umgegangen, schließlich möchte ich auch bei eigenen Fehlern sachlich behandelt werden. Backmarket... bitte baut das aus und gute Umsätze für euch. Ich empfehle euch gerne weiter!
