Sony Xperia 5 II 128GB - Grey - Unlocked

Arrived well packaged. The phone was described as "fair" condition but I'd say it's great condition. Couple of scuffs around the edges but I use a phone case so it can't be seen. There's a tiny scratch on the screen which you don't see when the screen is on and hard to see when the screen is off. Very very happy. Will buy from here again when I need it

There were like no scratches, amazing condition. Only thing is when it came it was dusty, there was a lot of dust on the speakers and basically any hole on the phone. Also there seems to be some artifact that looks like condensation on the back camera but it isn't. It doesn't affect the camera lens so I don't mind it just pointing it out. No issues with this phones it's actually amazing compared to my previous one. Also the camera and video quality on this phones are elite.

Firstly the delivery was outstanding. Ordered on a Friday afternoon and arrived at 8.30am the next day. Well packed as well. The phone itself had slight marking on case as explained but when put into a wallet you would never know it was refurbished. An excellent choice.

Phone arrived ahead of scheduled date, great quality, easy to set-up and use. Also knowing that this is helping to reduce e-waste was another great reason to use BackMarket- plus a healthy saving on a brand new phone! Definitely highly recommend doing this to anyone.

Great service from the BackMarket team - The phone arrived and worked fine, but when the fingerprint sensor stopped working a couple of months after arrival, I returned the phone and it was replaced free of charge.

Excellent quality, a wonderful phone for almost half the price with no noticeable defects either physically or internally. 100% recommend buying a refurbished phone, and there's no better place for that than Back Market!
