Sony Xperia 5 128GB - Red - Unlocked

Very happy with my refurbished phone. Couldn't afford brand new. This was listed as fair wear and tear, but I see no problems. Brand new charging cable with it and the thing to open the SIM card tray. Easy purchase, delivery on track per the tracking online. In a box small enough to post through letterbox so I got it even whilst out at work. Packaged extremely well with very good bubble wrap. Not new phone so battery needs topping up, but at £125.00 I'm happy with that. Hopefully I won't need to buy another phone soon, but will come back here if I do.

I am so glad Back Market came up on my search engine when looking for a replacement for my damaged Sony Experia. Brilliant device, arrived promptly and looks brand new.

The phone had to go back. Seemed to be in great condition - like new - but I could not get voice calls working. Nor could my network's tech help. Or the manufacturer's. The seller issued a full refund without fuss, so I'm content and had the confidence to order again.

Excellent everything satisfactory

Phone seems in really good condition, no visible marks or anything like that. Arrived in good time, with a charging cable in the box. Fingerprint sensor a bit touchy, but looking at other sites that might just be the phone itself rather than anything to do with the refurbish.
