Sony Xperia 10 II 128GB - Blue - Unlocked

The phone is excellent. Like new... You got to wonder why someone bought it new and didn't want it? Did they find a glitch with it?? Sorry - just my suspicious mind. I've had the phone less than a week so I'm still finding my way with it. I've had a bit of trouble downloading a couple of apps, but that seems sorted. Also I've had issues receiving and sending texts... time will tell on that one. I bought this Xperia 10-11 because I'm a bit of a Sony fan, my last was a compact Z5. Sadly they no longer do a smaller phone. The Z5 was brilliant had it 10 years with one battery change. If this one can be as good I'll be happy. Time will tell... Great service from Back Market

Phone received in timely order and looked good externally. Battery charge diminishes rapidly - from 100% to about 30% in approx. 12-15 hours using it without excess. A charging lead was not included. It was a phone to phone connection instead. For Staff Pick, was a little disappointing.

Swift service/delivery, I was a bit anxious about how to setup but fortunately my 30-ish daughter held my hand and reassured me as Google (apparently) took care of transferring my contacts etc

The product and service from Back Market have both been really good. Really happy with them both. The delivery service unfortunately wasn't great. Paid for quick delivery, came a day late and said they'd tried to deliver but couldn't gain access the tried to give me someone elses parcel when they eventually arrived. Will definitely use Back Market again, but maybe another option for delivery might be worth looking in to and not using DHL parcel/
