After I lost my phone (put it on the roof of the car and forgot! Idiot!) I wasn't expecting to receive such a good quality replacement with all of the associated items. I was expecting ultimately to have to buy a new one. It was a very nice surprise as the replacement is virtually brand new, or at least you wouldn't know the difference. I would definitely recommend and again use 'Back Market' if I have a future need,

I ordered a phone and then panicked, cancelled my order and ordered this phone. So I did not receive the phone in the picture. But then the picture does not show the Sony 1 i. Bit naughty. Hmmmmmm. Can't complain about the actual phone received and I don't know if the phone originally came with asphalt 9 but its on the phone!!! Still in testing.

Shockingly beautiful phone. Optional install of Bloatware on first boot sold me to Sony instantly. Camera is top knotch, with plenty of space for SD card storage and easy tabs for repair if I ever need to replace the battery, etc, though that's unlikely since the battery is at full health (I assume the refurbishers replaced it). This was a "fair" quality refurb, but there were only some minor scratches on the glass, which I knew about and didn't mind as it's a GBP 500 - 800 phone I got for GBP 155, so this was a steal. I'll probably buy Sony for life now... lol.
