Sony PS VR (2016) - (PlayStation 4) VR headset

All good

The order arrived on time. It was in its box. Tried it straight away and continue to play with it. Satisfied with the purchase made.

No instructions, so I had to download it from the PlayStation website. The package was complete, and I also used YouTube to finish the installation.

Item received not reconditioned and said to be in "very good condition". The VR headset smells very strongly of cigarettes, is very dirty, the lenses have traces of sebum, stored loose in the box without the slightest respect for the buyer. I would not recommend the seller I dealt with for this sale, very disappointed with this purchase. I do not think renew a purchase on Black Market for a smartphone.

The warranty was refused because the product "had a cigarette smell". The product was only 1 month old and I only play GT7 with the psvr2. There is absolutely NOTHING wrong with the product, only in the right lens is a small scratch..., which causes a small blue light in the eyes in some reflections. This is hugely inconvenient and VERY unfortunate that Sony is responding in this way .
