A non-professional seller who probably did not check the exact condition of the device and who is not able to repair it. A VERY attractive selling price for a "like new" price which also makes me wonder. I have lost 1 month in my purchase: I will go to a specialist shop.......

The package arrived EMPTY, the camera was not inside. Someone stole it in the process. I'm trying to contact both, Back Market and asgoodasnew and none of them is offering me ANY HELP! They are not even replying my message. I lost almost 3000€, I need the camera for my work. I'm desperate. I understand what happened it's not their fault but it's not my fault either! I NEED HELP!
