Smart Watch Samsung HR GPS Galaxy Watch 5 40mm - Grey

Samsung galaxy Watch 5 bought supposedly reconditioned and in perfect condition.... I received a watch that had not even been reconditioned. It still had all the previous owner's data on it, including messages, a phonebook with phone numbers, etc., and a battery that of course wouldn't last. So I sent a message to report the problem. I was told to reset the watch myself and to put myself on energy saving mode so that the battery would last a little longer. Joking? I still bought a product from a refurbishing site, which was supposed to be reputable and had very specific clauses. The first thing they do is tell me to send the product back and choose whether I want a refund or an exchange. I chose an exchange because I had bought the product because I needed it. They ended up refunding me without even explaining why, just the product, without the fees, Back Market, postage, etc. I was really, really disappointed. I'm really, really disappointed and I don't intend to leave it at that.
