The product is good but the problem is the delivery experience. I received a message from DPD on Friday 10-04-2026 at 09:51 informing me that the delivery will take place in the next few minutes. I waited. After waiting for 2 hours I tried to figure out what was going on by clicking on track delivery from the backmarket app which directed me to Chronopost.fr indicating that the delivery was not made because no one was at home. That's a lie By the way, I have a smart doorbell connected where I receive a notification on my mobile phone if someone rings the doorbell and it records the time and records when someone rings and there was no record. At the end of the day, at 6.30pm, I receive another SMS indicating that the parcel is ready to be picked up at the collection point. So. To summarise The courier didn't want to bother making deliveries and left it at a collection point when I paid for home delivery. I waited for nothing. I stayed at home to collect the parcel for nothing. It's not the first time this has happened with DPD, especially on Fridays. What's more, I'm sure the courier needed to finish his shift on time so he left all the parcels at the collection point and the customers who go there to retrieve them.
