Watch arrived in 2 days which was very good, however it arrived in a Jiffy bag wrapped in bubble pack. More importantly it arrived without a charger so can’t be used. Queried with the supplier to be told it was a new policy of BackMarket not to supply chargers to reduce e waste and was offered a new one for £6.00. This should have been made clear in the product description as the chargers are specific to the watch and it’s not just a case of getting a new usb cable

There are some scratches on the screen area, but only if you look closely. The quality of the screen is spectacular. Although the sound of the microphone sounds a bit tinny, I can have conversations without any problems with the people I call or who call me. The battery has surprised me the most, expecting it to last me between a day and a half and two (average of what lasts in this range) it is lasting me up to 4 days. A very good buy for a top watch. very happy
