The reason it's 4 not 5 stars is more the underlying product from Samsung not Back Market. I ordered LTE to explore this connectivity on a smart watch to explore it for full brand new latest model urchases. Well, to say I am disappointed would be an understatement as I can find no way of getting it to work. The watch won't work with phone service provider and I can't independently add a watch only esim. your tech support failed basic queries so not being prewarmed about LTE and follow-up tech support it's a 4 * from me.

Beautiful condition amazing watch

This item has a very good concept but is in extremely bad condition even though I get the flawless option. It had scratches all over the watch it was dirty and when I say dirty I mean very dirty it didn't even come with a charger. Don't get me wrong I love samsung and infact I'm typing this on my Samsung a13 but I just don't like the conditions for the watch itself.

La qualité Samsung. J'apprécie les fonctions de suivi, ECG, température, rythme cardiaque. La connectivité LTE qui permet de laisser son téléphone à la maison le temps d'une séance de sport. Par contre, l'autonomie n'est pas terrible. Il faut par exemple désactiver la connectivité LTE sur la montre si ce n'est pas nécessaire. En ajustant quelques autres paramètres on arrive a tenir une bonne journée sans avoir à passer par la case recharge.
