Don't want to leave a bad review because, generally, service received has been good. However whilst the phone looks perfect, and generally everything else works fine, the keyboard has issues - area to bottom left "sticks" and it is really difficult to select the required letters in that area without several presses which have to be quite hard.Suggesstions

Blimey..it's like new..and I honestly didn't know it was a dual SIM! It performs well and the battery is good. I only added a screen protector and a foldable case and voila! my perfect replacement smartphone at a bargain price. I will buy again!

Condition of phone was better than expected. Next day delivery. Only problem is battery life - I am lucky to get more than four hours between recharges.

everything is OK no complaints delivery was quick phone works great, if I was to find a fault it would be battery life not the best but it is a second hand phone.
