Love my new phone, arrived promptly, condition is excellent, wouldn't hesitate to buy another phone from back market,and will highly recommend to anyone.

Order: Samsung Galaxy 256Gb handset. 2nd May Received: 10th May, Samsung Galaxy S9 64Gb handset. Yes, there was a national Bank Holiday at the time of ordering, but after an extended wait for delivery, to receive a device with 1/4 of the storage capacity than paid for (with NO explaination) was beyond disappointing. Incorrect item has since been returned to seller; and again, I am left waiting for a response, refund, acknowledgement, etc. Don't think I'll be using this service again; have been very put-off by this experience.
