Galaxy S7 32GB - Rose Gold - Unlocked

Bought as a present for my 89 year old mum, I've git an S10 off you so I knew this would be just the job👍

Phone arrived before due date. Bought it as a present for my partner who had been using a Galaxy S3 mini which needed charging 2 to 3 times a day, even with new batteries. She's now getting used to the S7 and is loving it. It is in pristine condition and very good value for money. My experience of Back Market was tops. Would highly recommend.

Delivery was fairly slow although admittedly there was a bank holiday in the wait. The phone itself is fine except that the side switch - the one that blacks out the screen when you've finished what you're doing - is unresponsive. It will work but only after pressing it from various angles for a while.

This is the second time using the sight would recomend to anyone looking to purches a refurbished item delivery and updates are good from purchasing to your item arriving will use again in future

it would seem that the battery on this phone is very week & only lasts for 2 to 3 hrs then it is flat & needs charging again, as it was bought for my 11yr old son he is not impressed as he seems to take more time charging than playing or talking to friend's.

It was different to my other S7 with different apps on and with no written manual found it hard to set up. Still trying to find out the best way to use phone.
