The phone was really slow, the battery doesn't hold any charge- to use it it needs to be plugged in. Luckily it was only a phone for my son so it will tide him over until my contract is up and he can have my old phone. I wouldn't recommend I should have just spent a touch more and bought new. Live and learn.

I received a new phone, quickly... Nothing to complain about. The back market service is spot on. However, I would have liked to have been informed that the phone's operating system could no longer be updated... Nice for installing new applications! So I end up with a nice phone, but a bit useless! I buy a refurbished phone out of conviction, but the conditions aren't met here. Disappointing!
