So far very good - no problems at all - beautiful device and in perfect condition. The advantage of the Samsung S20 FE 5G is that it takes an SD card so I can keep images stored on my phone. I would also recommend the Htlhpxx case from Amazon - it's a perfect fit and really feels and looks incredible. Well done Backmarket.

I've purchased two refurbished Samsung phones from Back Market over the last few years, and on both occasions the ordering process, delivery and overall customer service have been excellent. Unfortunately, my latest purchase, a refurbished Samsung S23 Ultra, has been a real disappointment. I upgraded from a Samsung S21 Ultra expecting noticeably better battery performance, but the new phone barely lasts as long as the one it replaced, often struggling to make it to 5pm on a normal working day. As a Type 1 diabetic, I rely on my phone continuously to monitor my glucose levels, so battery life isn't just a convenience—it's essential. What makes matters more frustrating is that the only option appears to be returning the phone for assessment, leaving me without a device that I depend on for managing my health. The buying experience was excellent, but the quality of the device and the practicalities of resolving the issue have left me disappointed. Until this is resolved, I can't justify rating the experience any higher than two stars.

I brought this device for my mum as a birthday gift and it come in good condition it’s very fast and extremely good!! I was surprised how fast it is and everything was so smooth like transferring everything over etc. I would highly recommend and would most definitely buy from back market again!

It's user-friendly with amazing features.

The phone arrived on time and in good condition. I could not find any external damage at all. I had a little difficulty transferring my apps but that was probably my incompetence. Navigation to the trade in page was not clear when my bank details were required, however the trade in payment arrived promptly. Overall I was pleased with your service and will certainly look to your site when my wife's phone requires replacement.
