The service was excellent. The condition of the phone is excellent. Unfortunately, the phone only runs android 10 and many apps just won't run on this OS. Even the Amazon app won't work. Such a shame because it's a beautiful phone. I'm going to have to swap it for a later model.

DO NOT BUY FROM BACK MARKET. the device was getting hot after minimal use and battery drained by midday. Ordered a replacement which was worse. and had to transfer all of my data all over again. This time the battery was worse but also smells of hot metal/plastic. Had to buy a third phone, this time from a different provider but have had an absolute nightmare trying to get a refund from back market. I also traded in my old phone (which works better than any I bought from them) which I still haven't received the money for. It's taken days out of my week. They have been completely unhelpful
