Great seller -swift postage and great phone.

My phone arrived very quickly after ordering. Problem is charging cable does not fit the phone. I do not have any other to use.

this phone is as good as new and i really like it. i'll never buy a new phone again, a reconditioned one is just as good and the principle fits in with my convictions: any object, rather than being thrown away, can have a second life. and the planet will be all the better for it.

Refurbished Galaxy A8, described as Good condition arrived at the early end of the delivery window in excellent condition. Very impressed with the phone specifications at a very reasonable price. Tracking emails at each stage of the delivery journey were reassuring. Phone arrived with power cable and SIM tray unlocking tool as advertised, but no setup link or instructions which was puzzling until I found the manufacturer's SIM setup instructions for this model online. Perhaps a similar link or basic setup instructions would be helpful in future, for those unfamiliar with this type of SIM tray. Otherwise, very pleased. Phone was easy to setup following the onscreen steps after a power charge and restart.
