Bought to replace Samsung phone that had developed some faults. Good phone in excellent condition. Came well packed in recyclable cardboard box with charging cable. No marks or scratches and ready for setting up. Does everything I need it to. Would use Back Market again.

At first I thought I would have to have a refund cause I was having trouble trying to put sim in. But wen my brother came he managed to sort sim out and get phone up and running. This is the fourth phone I've bought off back market. And would definitely buy another one off them.

bought for my not technical other half , needed a new phone but wanted the same make and model ,another great deal from a very happy previous customer , I would not really consider buying from anywhere else keep up the good work

I have now had 2 x phones from Backmarket and can say that I have been happy with both. Great value for money and product is as described. No issues with either phone both have been Samsung galaxy A12's

The phone is okay. I had an A20 before which had faster response and much faster charging. This phone takes ages to fully charge even on the fast charging setting. Touchscreen sometimes takes a few tries to get a response. On the plus side it has a lot of storage which is good. I'm getting used to it!
