The only thing I am a bit disappointed with is the cases and screen protectors for the mobiles. I was looking for a second hand case for my phone and found one on Amazon. On Back Market they seem to me to be brand new (for the price and quality). I was looking for a cheap used case and I couldn't find this type of product on Back Market. Another problem was the mobile charger did not have the right connection for the mobile, this was not a problem because I had the right one at home. Other than that I am very happy with my experience with Back Market and I am telling anyone who listens to me that it is not necessary to buy a new phone.
