Irobot Braava 390T Vacuum cleaner

The device was described as being in "good condition" and there were a few marks and scratches on the device. Delivery was lightning fast and the device looked like new. No scratches or anything else. Even the adhesive film was still on it. I was very pleased to have received a new device. However, when I tried to start it, it only moved backwards a little at a time. The manual said that the unevenness sensor was switched on in this case and that the appliance should be placed on a flat surface. However, as the surface was level, I looked for the fault and found it. One of the two rubber feet to which the wiping part is attached was incomplete. The part was in the box. Fiddling the rubber foot in there was very awkward, but I managed it in the end. Now it works perfectly. The rubber foot can't have come off during transport because it was very difficult to get it in. It is very tight. So the fault must have been known prior to despatch, which of course calls into question "revised and tested". But otherwise ok. Therefore not a very good rating.

I bought a total of 4 identical robots via Back Market. I already knew the appliance (I now own a total of 5). The overall quality of the Back Market goods was absolutely ok, but one robot had a non-functioning wheel after 2 days, which is why it only ran in circles. We were able to repair it ourselves. The rubber on the wheel had come loose. A bit of glue - done. Another robot didn't have all the accessories. Of course, if you have more than one, that's not a problem. So, I'm satisfied and the price was great.

Perfectly functional, just like new! My next household appliance purchases will be made through Backmarket.
