It was just about all right. The hoover was extremely dirty. Inside and outside. Documents such as operating instructions and co were missing. There are a lot of scratches on the entire appliance. When filling the water tank for the first time, it foamed. It looks like cleaning milk was used in it (which can lead to problems according to the operating instructions) and the sieve at the inlet to the water tank is blocked. I'm still trying to clean it. If this doesn't work, I will send the hoover back.

I had to buy new water tank and mop accessories to get everything working and still no result. Would rather buy a new one next time than second hand from Back Market.
