ordered a canon d7000 and received a d3000, no response from the seller, opened the ticket no response, assistance absent, I will not send back the camera reading of some users who have not received back either money or a conforming product. I will not use the camera as I do not want to ruin it and as it is not suitable for the purpose for which it was bought, I will be forced to buy another one elsewhere and wait for an answer before going to court

I appreciated the speed of delivery, the serious approach and I am satisfied with the delivered apparatus.The only thing that is missing is a manual for me understandable, i.e. Czech.Slovak English or German.I received it in French, which I do not know.

Disappointed with the refurbisher... I received a camera with a technical problem on it. I had to send it back on December 25th, great! I wanted to use it to take photos to open the presents under the tree that morning, so it's even more of a disappointment... I hope to have a commercial gesture and at least some news about the support... Sincerely
