Overall the phone came thru in good quality bar a couple very small scratches, one on the screen but it's not too oppressive, my biggest flaw with the phone is the battery seems to be much much shorter lasting than my previous phone which was 2 years old where as this one can't be much older than a few months. The shipping was fine and the phone performs as expected besides the battery

the phone itself is impeccable it's top notch however the back cover was a bit dirty the sides are all scratched I understand it's refurbished but still given the phone and its back cover it's a shame to put a cover on it

smartphones ordered as new but received new in blister pack it's rare but I'm satisfied except that what is not indicated is that there is no French plug provided so you have to buy an adapter at 20 euro it's a bit of a shame I'm very pleased with the quality and the price.

The device is perfect but the delivery by FedEx is a rubbish service a week late having paid 5 euros for it to be prioritised.

It's very good, just don't use any wireless headphones to be able to play and talk.

The phone has a pretty good endurance and that's what I was looking for. Otherwise, very practical and the delivery was fast! I recommend Back market!
