Great price, got it in fair condition and the only thing wrong with it was the battery’s health at 89% which was to be as expected. Overall i say it was well worth it and to anyone thinking of getting a new phone this is definitely the way to go

The screen wipe was dry and unusable. Contacting you is point Les’s because for a month now you systems are not working so unfortunately rather than getting it resolved and not leaving this negative comment it’s the only think I can do. I shall be leaving a negative comment about the phone as well which is my biggest complaint and again unable to chat with someone. Shame

Ordered an iPhone 11 Pro as a Xmas present for a family member. Condition was described as fair but I if I didn't know I would have said it was new, bar a couple of tiny scratches on one corner (not the screen). The separate glass cover and plastic case are also perfectly fine. Daughter is delighted with it, and I may well use Back Market again after this experience.

At first I was not sure, but after reading the comments and I even went to trust pilot to read comments. I finally decided to give it a try and am really satisfied with my purchase. The phone has no scratch, and is almost new. The watch is brand new. Am very happy with my purchase and will be buying more things in the future. No more 2 to 3 years contract.

Case is OK..nothing special but does the job..screen protectors are fine and worth having...but again All Great Service from these guys...my first time using them and can REALLY recommend...will be back !!
