I took it out of the box and tried to use it, but the 0 quality broke immediately, so I threw it away. I don't recommend it at all, it's money down the drain.

👎 Negative opinion for Backmarket 👎 I would like to share my recent experience with Backmarket, which turned out to be extremely disappointing. I bought some Philips wired headphones on the platform, but as soon as I received the parcel I noticed that the plastic of the headphones was very fragile, some parts were even crumbling as soon as I unpacked them. Unfortunately, I didn't test the headphones immediately, and it was only after a few days that I discovered a more serious problem: the case had opened, rendering one of the headphones completely unusable. I contacted Backmarket's customer service department to take advantage of their 30-day commercial guarantee, which includes the right of withdrawal and free return. However, my request was refused on the grounds that I had reported the problem more than 3 days after receipt. This policy is extremely disappointing, as the defect in the headphones was not obvious from the outset and was only discovered after normal use. As a consumer, I expected better customer service from Backmarket. Their refusal to enforce their warranty in such legitimate circumstances seriously calls into question their commitment to customer satisfaction.
