Very good reconditioning, sales and after-sales services, I returned my item because of decisions made by the Parrot brand and not because of the product, which was in impeccable condition. I received it in Belgium fairly quickly and I didn't have too much trouble requesting my item be returned before the 14-day legal deadline.

Absolute fraud on this site. Parcel was returned without commissioning. Paid 412 euros and refunded 45 euros. Please be careful with this platform. I can only assume fraudulent intentions. I will NEVER buy here again

Hello 1st takeoff of the drone and it flips over because the propellers were mounted upside down and the camera does not stabilise at all during the flight despite +++ calibrations.
