The machine was delivered in record time (just three days after ordering). It came superbly packaged. The camera is brand new. I still had some photos stored in the previous owner's internal memory, but I deleted them. The USB cable and AV cable weren't sent either. But as the condition of the camera is superb, it was worth it.

The camera I ordered arrived from France. It was delivered as announced. Unfortunately the tracking did not work. The camera is in very good condition and works. The battery appears to be new and the charger also works. I am still trying everything out. The next holiday will show!

The Lumix DMC-FZ38 was delivered ahead of schedule. Camera in very good condition (like new) even the battery which I feared was very used I saw instead that it lasts a lot. I am very satisfied, I have already bought 2 smartphones and will use your site again in the future. Ettore

I have missed a couple of extras that I thought would arrive: A cable for the battery charger and a lens cap. Everything else, perfect. The camera works great and my daughter is delighted. It's the 3rd or 4th purchase I've made with you and I always repeat. Keep it up!

Works very well, are satisfied with the purchase. The only disadvantage is that SD cards with a large memory capacity are not compatible.

In general, everything was great in terms of processing. Camera in good condition, only the battery runs out quite quickly. Personal opinion. For me, the camera is nothing and will therefore switch back to an SLR camera
