Second purchase from black market. Fantastic product, great price, next day delivery. Absolutely spot on! First place I check now for any of my tech needs. If I had to pick one "con" it's that the after sales customer service isnt the most efficient. Trying to amend a delivery address was a bit of a faf. Also post delivery communications were very poor (however Im 99% sure this problem was caused by the delivery company and NOT black market. No one was home and my delivery was dropped at a local "drop off point" however the delivery guy left NO card, sent NO email about where it was or even that it had been delivered else where. The tracking info just said "signed and received by customer" I just basically had to work out what had happened and research where parcel collection/drop off points were and go and check them.

Good value with excellent technical on it

I bought an Oppo Reno 2 and I'm very happy with it. I really like the way the photos look. However, compared to the Samsung s10+ that I had before, it's heavier and doesn't hold a charge as long.

It is a bit too early for a review. I only unpacked the phone and charged it once. In the basic things I tested briefly, everything looked fine. I plan to use it as a 'foreign phone' when I go on holiday, so I can't give a full review of it at this stage. ...But I will come back to this later.

Product in more than excellent condition, not suffering much from technological ageing. The only critical note is the delivery time. I would recommend speeding up delivery so that the products are delivered within three days of purchase. For the rest, keep up the good work.

The phone matches the description perfectly. And it works perfectly. I would recommend dealing with them.
