My phone arrived in excellent condition as advertised it is like new I'm really pleased with this device, as this is my first purchase on Back Market I'm a bit surprised, glad and humbled that they actually delivered on the website specifications - when the delivery driver didn't have my full address details from tracking of my device to the call to customer services all the representatives seemed organised and were very helpful with updating my address information so that the delivery could be made with minimal delay.
