Very good phone I recommend

all wrong, shipment to apply the warranty, not received by the person who must fulfil his obligations, back market does not fulfil his own obligations either, senme informs me that the mobile is returned to me without applying the mandatory warranty, later I am informed that the manufacturer has received my mobile, later when I ask nobody gives me reason, they extend deadlines, require personal documentation that violates the law of data protection, my mobile disappears and they totally ignore their legal obligations. I have been forced to complain to the European consumer agency and by jurisprudence in Spain. Basically they delay times and deadlines, demand documentation, signatures and personal data in an illegal way, so that the consumer gets tired and they don't take care of their legal obligations.

The phone arrived dirty, which was the first bad point. But the worst thing was that they delivered a good condition phone when I had paid for a very good one... The phone's screen had come unglued, and there was a day in the corner... and it was completely discharged... I can't open an after-sales service, I can't contact the seller. So how do I return it and get a refund? Black Market never again... A horror. First time and last time
