4.4/5On October 26th, I bought a refurbished Oppo F11 smartphone in Spain, delivered to my home by DHL. So, zero points for the carrier, and bravo to BackMarket and the refurbisher IREPACK. I received an SMS from DHL on the 27th telling me I would be delivered on the 28th to a relay point 11km from my home, but the package wasn't there (2 hours wasted). It took DHL over a week to realize the package was at a relay point in my town, just 2km away! The lady at the relay point's response: "That's how it is with DHL..." However, between Greg from BackMarket and Irepack, I got a response within two hours for every message! So, bravo and thank you. I wholeheartedly recommend BackMarket and Irepack.
