OnePlus Nord 2 5G 128GB - Grey - Unlocked

The device arrived impeccable and arrived in secure packaging. I bought this device, to give as a gift to my brother who wanted to splash money on a new device. When he first saw the device, he was surprised that it was like sparkling new without any defects or wear and tear like it came right out of the factory.

The phone is in great condition. Having had one of these phones previously I know the battery has already had a fair bit of usage as it doesn't hold a charge for anywhere near a full day like me previous one did. I also had a phone call from an advisor who said what I had ordered wasn't in stock, offered a different colour (which was fine by me) and confirmed I'd be getting what comes with the phone (handset, pin for SIM drawer, and charger cable). I only got the phone in the box. I'm happy with the phone generally but the minor details stop it from being a 5 star experience unfortunately

OnePlus Nord 2 purchased in 'excellent' condition. Ordered the grey but the one that turned up was blue. I'm not complaining. I think it looks better. The phone was utterly spotless with a few tell tale signs that it was actually brand new. Not in original box but came with charger. The 65w charging is just amazing and I wouldn't be without it now. Battery life ends up with around 30% at the end of the day with medium use. Overall I'm very happy with the handset and very happy with Backmarket. Phone was ordered in the morning and turned up on my doorstep lunchtime the next day. Price paid was £219. Absolute bargain.

Quick dispatch, although communication could have been clearer. Biggest gripe is that the USB cable bundled did not support fast / "warp" charging, so I have to buy an official OnePlus cable separately.

This was my first time purchasing a refurbished phone from Backmarket and it exceeded my expectations! I bought the fair version of the blue OnePlus Nord 2 5G and let me tell you... I was shocked 🤯(in a good way). It was in immaculate condition, no scratches whatsoever and everything was working perfectly. I thought I bought the excellent version for a minute lol. They even provided the official OnePlus warp charger and cable 🤯😍 (I was expecting a regular USB C cable and charger). One tiny downside was that they should change their courier. DPD is crap at delivering the products to the customers home without it getting stolen or missing (speaking from past experience 😑) but luckily they had an option for it to be picked up instead. So it was all good. 100% recommend the OnePlus Nord 2 it's a great phone and BackMarket 😊👌

Item arrived unserviceable - having to do an emergency repair (re-attach the screen) because my daughter was away at my own expense, they now refusing to refund me after I returned the device. Incompetence, avoid this seller.

It's so good.very slim and sleek.. It's what I ordered for.
