As described the condition was fair, phone was dirty and needed lots of cleaning. Scratched but battery fine…for now. I’ve bought from back market for years now it’s Ts been the first time that I felt 🤏this let down but all is well.

Everything perfect except charging port doesn't securely hold cables in properly

Being my second purchase, I wasn’t surprised at the high quality of the product, or the seamless, prompt delivery. What I can’t understand is the negative reviews I’ve seen posted about BackMarket. I first came upon them shortly after I’d paid for my first device and was filled with foreboding, fearing I’d made a mistake. I sound like I’ve shares in the company, but I’m really pleased with this phone. I’m eyeing up an iWatch for the wife’s birthday. Let’s see.
